Refund Policy

At Ganesh Leasfin we value our customers and are committed to providing best services. Refund process will only be initiated by Ganesh Leasfin in following conditions:

We will not pass your details on to any third party.

(i)If repayment of the loan has been done by the borrower twice by any means.
(ii)Any extra payment has been received by Ganesh Leasfin over and above the repayment value in any case.
(iii)Repayment has been done mistakenly by the borrower unintentionally before his/her the due date of loan repayment.

If for some unforeseen reason, the client is not satisfied with our services, they may call us to seek direction on future calls. We will give our best effort to increase the satisfaction levels in such cases. We strongly recommend that before making a payment, our visitors and potential clients should read the refund policy. If the customer is eligible for the refund, then the refund amount would be credited in the respective bank account within 7 working days or in the designated Bank Account, only after receiving the clarifications and evident of the ownership of account and the reasoning behind the transaction /s.

Ganesh Leasfin strongly recommends that all Borrowers – understand and familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation request should be placed within 24 hours of loan agreement. 

In the event of cancellation of services on any of the products due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing at to our Ganesh Leasfing Customer care or Partner's Customer care via email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as mentioned in the Loan Agreement.

Processing Fee and other fees (if applicable) will be charged to customer depending on case to case basis.

Any refunds, if applicable within the purview of our refund policy, will be processed over a period of 2-4 weeks due to Indian banking procedures. The refund policy is subject to change by Ganesh Leasfin. The changes will apply after due legal diligence. If borrowers do not wish to accept the revised policy, borrowers should not continue to use the services and inform us about the same on 

info@ganeshleasfin.com if borrowers continue to use the services after the date on which the change borrowers use of the services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new refund policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any instruction or registering you on are portal as a borrower. The funding may get rejected at any stage due to lack of information or verifiable information.
